Group Health (Contribution by KRMC & Employee): Benefit available to full-time employees (30 hrs/wk) and part-time employees (working between 20-29 hrs/wk). Three different plan options through Blue Cross Blue Shield of Nebraska.

Dental (Contribution by KRMC & Employee): Benefit available to full-time employees (30 hrs/wk) and part-time employees (working between 20-29 hrs/wk).

Vision (Contribution by Employee): Benefit available to full-time employees (30 hrs/wk) and part-time employees (working between 20-29 hrs/wk).

Life Insurance and AD&D (Contribution by KRMC): Life insurance provided to full-time employees. Benefit levels vary. Employees have the option of purchasing additional coverage for themselves and dependents at an additional cost.

Flex Spending Accounts & Health Savings Accounts: Pre-tax dollars contributed by the employee based on which health insurance plan they are enrolled in. Dollars can be used for eligible healthcare and dependent care expenses.

Short Term Disability: Coverage provided at no cost to employee: covers 60% of your weekly salary while you are out of work for injury and/or illness.

Long Term Disability: Coverage provided at no cost to employee: covers 60% of your monthly salary while you are out of work for injury and/or illness. Contribution done on a salary gross up basis.

Retirement Plan (Contribution by KRMC and employee): KRMC will contribute a 3% Safe Harbor contribution for full time employees regardless of their participation in the 401(k) program. Employee can receive additional matching up to 1% based on their participation.

Paid Time Off (PTO): Benefits begins the first day of employment and accrues based on the number of hours worked and length of service. PTO combines holidays, personal, and sick time into one account.

Employee Assistance Program: Benefit is eligible to all employees at no cost. Can provide legal, counseling, financial, work/life services, wellness coaching, and online resources to help employees with work or life issues that may arise.

Wellness Program: The wellness program offers different activities, programs, and discounts to employees to help maintain a healthy lifestyle and work/life balance.

Logo Items: KRMC provides two logo items for new hires during their orientation period. Additional items may be purchased by employees.
