Our mission to provide “Compassionate Care” that is “Community Inspired” has been greatly magnified throughout these past few months.
From expanding Virtual Health, to implementing new visitation options and dozens of new protocols to keep our patients, staff and guests safe, we’re proud of our team for responding to COVID-19 in rapid and thorough way. From housekeeping to respiratory therapy, supply chain to nursing services, and everything in-between, we’ve worked together to care for all patients while keeping our community safe.
As we reflect on the past few months, we are equally overwhelmed with gratitude for how our community has responded. From PPE to pizza, hundreds of individuals and organizations have made donations of their own resources to bless our staff. And beyond these gifts, your words of support and gratitude have carried us through these strange and often uncertain times.
With this gratitude, optimism and continued focus on safety in mind, we look forward to continuing to care for you over the coming days, weeks and years to come.
- Our separate Respiratory Clinic will remain operational through June 30th on the north side of Platte Valley Medical Clinic. - Adequate supplies of PPE and regular Infection Prevention best practices allow Kearney Regional Medical Center to safely begin surgery services again at regular volumes. All patients will be screened for COVID-19 prior to surgery. Learn more >>
- Patients on the clinic and hospital side will be allowed one healthy designated visitor as of Monday, June 1st. All visitors will be screened for illness and must remain masked. Learn more >>
- We will continue to require face coverings for all patients and visitors. You may wear your own cloth mask, or a surgical mask will be provided upon check in at the clinic or hospital lobby.
