From new employee hiring to payroll completion to employee benefits and more, our HR team members are the ones who handle it all. During Healthcare HR Week, we celebrate our Human Resources department for the many ways they care for KRMC.

Now, let’s get to know our HR team:
Steve Beck, SHRM-SCP & SPHR– Steve has been with KRMC since the beginning and serves as the hospital’s Chief Human Resources Officer. In his role, he not only oversees our HR department, but also Business Office, Risk, HIM, Credentialing, and the Lean Process Improvement. Steve is responsible for developing and executing human resource strategy in support of the strategic direction of the hospital that will benefit not only the organization, but staff members alike.
Dani Ramsey, SHRM-CP – Dani has been with KRMC for over 6 years and currently serves as the Benefits & Training Manager- overseeing benefit plans and non-clinical training. In benefits, she helps monitor our benefit plans, making sure that employees have comprehensive benefit programs available, and oversees leaves (FMLA, Short Term/Long Term, and Work Comp). With training she is in charge of our MCN program and working on our leadership development program for both our leadership team and staff alike. Dani also helps with staffing for assigned departments and dealing with complex employee relation items.
Sara Fecht – Sara has been with KRMC for 4 ½ years as a Nutrition Tech, HR Intern, Nursing Services Admin Assistant, and is currently serving as a HR Generalist. In her role, Sara focuses on staffing for assigned areas of the facility- which involves recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding employees for these areas. She also works closely with managers and staff dealing with items as they come up within their areas. Sara also oversee all of our student programs (shadows, clinical, and rotations) and is the first point of contact for building the relationship with the colleges and universities in the state.
Indra Rowedder– Indra has been with KRMC for 3 years and works as an HR Generalist on the HR Team. . In her role, Indra focuses on staffing for assigned areas of the facility- which involves recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding employees for these areas. She also works closely with managers and staff dealing with items as they come up within their areas. Indra also works closely with our KRMC’s wage and comp program and annual reviews of compensation for employees.
Cindy Pinero – Cindy has worked with KRMC for 4 years and serves as our Payroll Coordinator. In her role, Cindy makes sure that our payroll process runs smoothly and that employees get their checks each week! On non-payroll weeks, Cindy is instrumental in running reports to make sure that our managers have the information they need to make important decisions regarding their department- such as budget, staffing, and productivity.
Chelsee Page – Chelsee has been with KRMC for almost 3 years, first as our HR Intern, before moving into our Benefits assistant role! Chelsee is the front line for employees and questions they may have regarding their benefits. She deals with the day to day items, including presenting at New Employee Orientation, approving benefit submissions, and working through weekly reports. Chelsee also plays an instrumental part in tracking certifications for the facility.
Heather Kirk – Heather is our newest team member who started in February 2020! Heather works as our Recruiting Assistant and helps with all things as it is related to recruiting and onboarding. Heather helps set up interviews, send new hire paperwork, and meets with all new employees before they begin their employment at the facility. Heather also plays a vital part in making sure that our New Employee Orientation runs smoothly every other week!
Dana Kreutzer – Dana joined our HR team in October 2018 and works as an Accounting & Payroll Specialist. In her role, Dana performs a lot of the behind the scenes reporting that goes along with payroll- working closely with our Payroll Assistant and our Controller in Wichita. Dana also plays an integral part in our retirement program, making sure that employees are set up in the system and updated when they make changes to contributions. Dana also works closely with our Accounting team in Wichita helping with reporting.
Teresa Wall – Teresa has been with our HR team for one year as our Employee Health RN. She works closely with employees making sure they are up to date on their vaccines, monitoring employee injuries, and implementing programs for our staff. Teresa works closely with our leave programs, tracking employee’s time away from work and reviewing restrictions and releases from staff. Teresa also plays an important role in making sure that new clinical staff to the facility are orientated to organization policies and procedures through New Employee Orientation.
Taylor Daly – Taylor has served as our HR Intern 9 months! During her time with KRMC Taylor has helped with our recruiting, training, and student programs. Taylor has added great value to our team by helping with special requests and day to day tasks in the department.
